Beginning in May there are several opportunities for women to break into the game of golf or work on improving their skills in a fun and laid back atmosphere. The Thursday evening Twilight 3 Hole Clinic is an excellent way to dip your toes in and see if golf is for you! You won’t have to worry about clubs; we have a 7-iron and a putter for everyone. Even if you cannot commit to the entire summer, we invite you to come as often as it is convenient for you. Saturday mornings ...will be Women's Golf Clinics where you can learn more about the rules of the game, course etiquette, improving your putting, chipping or pitching. Remember, tonight is the last night we will be serving take home meals, as the clubhouse renovations begin soon indoors, so don't miss your last chance to enjoy one of Chef Chris Mullin's delicious dinners until Spring!

Final Friday Take Out for 2020 Today and Tomorrow are the last nights to enjoy a dinner created by Glenmaura's amazing culinary staff until our reopening in the spring. Can you just imagine a beautiful sunset background as you sit with friends enjoying a meal together again here on the deck? These will be the things that help us get through the next few months!

THANK YOU to all of our members who have helped us make the best of this strange, strange year, and to the GNGC STAFF who have spent so many hours serving members in this space. This will be the last evening of service here before renovation begins on the bar and dining room. We look forward to reopening the clubhouse again in the spring with renewed health and a fresh new area to again gather together with friends. Until then, Stay Safe!

Friendly Reminder to our Members- Today (Friday 11/20) is the last day to place your Thanksgiving orders! As the fall weather has settled into Northeast PA, the evenings have become noticeably cooler. The challenge this season has been providing a comfortable dining atmosphere while also keeping the health and safety of our members our top priority. To allow for outdoor dining to continue into October, patio heaters are now installed and operational, so give the Clubhouse a call early to make your dinner reservations!

CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION ANNOUNCEMENT Glenmaura National Golf Club is thrilled to publicly announce upcoming clubhouse renovation plans. Slated to begin later this fall, renovation plans include a reconfigured bar and dining area, featuring glass walls which will open onto the covered outdoor dining patio, and a large outdoor stone terrace. Stairs leading from the terrace to the tent will improve the ease of access for all. From weddings and formal gatherings to casual meetings with friends, the possible creative uses of these newly improved clubhouse spaces will be endless. Renovations are scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021. Stay tuned over the next few months as we share the process with regular updates and sneak peaks of what is to come!

Glenmaura National Golf Club's Executive Chef Chris Mullin is participating in Food Forever Pocono today, bringing his talents in creating dishes that not only please our palates but also showcase the diverse local food sources here in Northeast PA. This event is described as a culinary experience designed to raise awareness of the importance of crop diversity and its connection to healthy soils and resilient, sustainable agricultural systems. Chefs were challenged to create delicious dishes using lesser-known ingredients in the very place they were grown. Join us in wishing him the best at this event!
