Cleanup aisle two.... creating more space in the dungeon. Replaced 203 well tank, new ultra violet light and blow down filter. Polishing . I always try to install my work with plenty of valves and room to service. May take an extra 1/2 hour or so but we do it right.

Busy day. Gary and I removed an old tub shower. Installed a 4 piece shower. Installed grab bars for homeowners, a new Moen Eva BN shower trim, handheld on a slide bar and then finished of with kohler BN shower doors on a slide rail. Installed a Citysoft carbon filter, pressure reducing valve, dual check valve and expansion tank. No more high water pressure that could do harm to faucets, solenoid valves on dishwasher, ice makers, washers machine.... help protecting homes start to finish. This was all in a days work. Thank you Hajoca for all the quality material and having them in stock.

Gary and I went on a service call in Chester County today. Every time it would rain the gutters would back up where they went into the ground. We ran our large sewer machine and chased it with water. Found a large puddle about 80’ away from the building and we started to dig. Found the ground was so saturated that it couldn’t take any more water. We hand dug for about 10 feet and tied into the water runoff drain. ... Backfilled new 4 pvc pipe with stone and problem solved. Owner stopped by tonight with a check for the work that was done and this note. Makes all the hard work and time worth it. We care about our customers and it shows they care about us. It matters. Word of mouth has been very good to us. I have to apologize because we are so busy. Everyone is busy right now as we all know it but that’s something as a new owner I struggle with. I don’t like to let anyone down, be late or forget a job or appointments. ... As we continue to get recognized as a full service plumbing, heating and AC company we will need to grow. Kind of scary but in a good way. We are adding a new master plumber hopefully within a month or so and maybe looking for an experienced HVAC tech with at least 4 years experience. Hardness test Was 17 grains hard. After CitySoft carbon softener install test = O grains hard 0 chlorine was 1.4 No more restaurant water in this home

Leaking water heater in Columbia. Replaced with a Rheem 30 gallon chimney vent. Cleaned up the water with a shop vac and on to the next one. Who’s next? 8-10 years is the life expectancy of a tank water heater without a water softener. How old is your unit? ... We are here if you need us. See more

Start off the day installing a citysoft carbon softener. Hardness was @ 17 grains hard. Should be around 0-3. Chlorine was at 1.4 should be no higher than .04. Then removed all the copper pipe feeding the house and replaced with pex pipe increased pipe size from 1/2 to 3/4 with plenty of isolation valves. Ran separate 1/2 pex to the outside faucets because you don’t want to water your grass or wash your car with soft water. We go the extra step for quality and a job... done right. Tomorrow I get to remove the 3 cast iron waste stack and run new PVC drain pipe to the second floor for the new master bathroom and laundry room. Customers keeping us busy. Hopefully we are looking to expand our business adding another experienced plumber and HVAC specialist. So blessed. See more

Another bathroom remodel in the books. Before and After. Ready for some Service calls

Customer said another plumber wanted to replace the water heater from one of the big companies. 40 gallon chimney vent water heater, NO water equipment or filter. Customer was complaining about low water pressure on just the hot side. This is the cold water feed Nipple on top of the water heater clogged with calcium and debris. Was able to change out nipple, flush the unit and get them back up and running. Always nice to be able to buy people time and money before the holidays. We work for you!

Start the morning right with a citysoft carbon/softener and shower install. Tied all the vents and ran all mew Pex water lines to the fixtures in the basement bathroom. Ready for electricians, inspection, drywall. Love these small jobs. Blessed

Installing a powder room in the garage and had to replace a 3/4 copper main that was kinked and cutting down water flow to the fixtures installed old water equipment after I poured concrete. Good 1/2 days work, look Ma, no dust. Hepa vac works great. Ready for framing.

Lancaster city home. All in a days work. New drain,water lines and dryer vent install. Tested and ready for drywall. Ready to get back to plumbing service and emergency calls. Tis the season around holidays.

Another bathroom install. 36 x36 shower rough in, toilet, vent, lavatory sink and laundry sink. Doesn’t look like much now. But in about two weeks it should be ready to be used. When we jackhammer the concrete we use a hepa vac and it sucks all the dust out of the area. Clean and safe. We treat your home like it’s our own.
