Winter weather alert! Our health centers and Grand View Medical Practices (GVMP) will be closing at 1 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 16) due to the winter storm. GVMP will move patient appointments to telemedicine during this time. Grand View Health Urgent Care centers in Quakertown and Kulpsville are expected to remain open during normal business hours (8 a.m. 8 p.m.)

When she battled brain cancer as a child, Jillian Massey ran a toy drive to bring holiday joy to other children in the hospital. Sadly, Jillian passed away at age 5, but her mom and dad continue her mission through annual toy drives. This week, they stopped by Grand View Hospital and donated toys for children who receive care here. Thanks to Sassy Massey Toy Drive for providing smiles to our kids!

Join us in celebrating our team at the David M. Flowers, MD, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, which celebrated its one-year anniversary of 24/7 care with reaccreditation from Corazon, Inc. The reaccreditation recognizes the cath lab’s care and quality standards. In its first year of 24/7/365 operation, the cath lab treated 45 patients and saved every single life! Yesterday we broke ground on the Dublin Outpatient Center. Located along Rt. 313, the center will include primary care with walk-in availability, specialty care and imaging services. Amanda Yoder and her husband, Justin Youk (left) were so thrilled by the care their adorable twins, Sawyer and Henley, received at Grand View Health's NICU that they hosted a fundraiser. Their bake sale raised $1,336 to support NICU services. Barbara Nichols from our NICU and Kathy Peca, Director of Maternity (right) accepted their generous gift.
