Greater Shamokin Heritage Museum

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday! This weekend, why not stop by the museum? We will be open Sunday, November 29 from 1-4 P.M. upstairs in the American Legion Building. You might just see something new on Sunday...or something very old...

We are pleased to announce that the Greater Shamokin Heritage Museum will be open Sunday, September 20th from 1-4pm! Come pay us a visit!

Although there will certainly be a delay, this short local history film in Shamokin will proceed as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, you can self-tape your audition. The sooner the cast is selected and starts rehearsing at home, the more prepared everyone will be once filming finally begins. And it's something to do while you're stuck at home!

Thanks to the News-Item for covering our production in the Saturday paper! Shamokin talent, don't forget we are having our second open audition today from 4-6pm.... No roles have been cast and there are several which have not had any auditions yet. Come down to the Arts Center and show off your talent!
