I can’t thank everyone enough for all of the support, referrals and love throughout this journey of mine. The last 6 years has been awesome! I am so proud and honored to share my passion with you all. With that being said, more and more clients are pre-booking their appointments now so availability is sparse. I have come to the conclusion that soon I won’t be able to take on any more new clients. I’m going to see how things go over the next several months and update at a later date. Thanks again for making Guida’s Grooming more than I could have ever hoped for!

NO SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY I know not everyone checks my website for updates, so I’m putting this here as well. My schedule is very time sensitive. Clients that are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND RESCHEDULED. No exceptions. Clients can not show up at any time and expect their dog to get groomed. One late appointment can disrupt the entire day. I know it seems more relaxed since I work from home but I would kindly appreciate being respected like... any other storefront business. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee. I will take into consideration that things happen sometimes that are out of our control. NO SHOW appointments WILL be charged this fee. Clients that No Show 2 times, will not be rescheduled. I am open 6 days a week. Appointment only. I am only one person and try my hardest to accommodate everyone the best way I can. My schedule is typically booked 2-3 weeks in advance so I advise everyone to schedule their next appointment as soon as possible. With the holidays right around the corner, it’s never too early to schedule your pup! I appreciate everyone’s love and support in order to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Thank you!
