New PPP Information!

Happy New Year! For your reference, we've put together a list of the January 2021 Tax Deadlines below: January 11 - Deadline for employees who earned more than $20 in tip income during December 2020 to report the income to their employer using Form 4070 January 15 - Fourth Quarter 2020 Estimated Taxes... February 1 - W-2 Forms and 1099s for Non-Employee Compensation to be sent to recipients Due to the uncertainties and possible changes, these dates are subject to modification. We will update the post if any due dates are moved.

Attention Small Business owners: COVID-19 legislation just passed includes a 2nd round of Payroll Protection Program funding. -Do you have fewer than 300 employees?... -Did your business experienced at least a 25% reduction in gross income in any quarter of 2020 compared to 2019? If you can answer "Yes" to the above questions, you may qualify for the 2nd round of PPP. If you feel you may be eligible, please contact our office.
