Day 6 affirmation! Do you find yourself worrying (catastrophizing) about the future or do you allow yourself to imagine all of the amazing things that can ha...ppen in your life? Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and imagined. So when you’re worried about failing at something for example, your brain believes that’s actually happening and your body’s stress response is triggered and feelings of overwhelm and fear set in.
