Mom taught me how to make Balinese Ayam Betutu the other day and I’ve been eating it ever since whenever I’m in Bali this is one of the dishes I look for besides Babi Guling (suckling pig) I think I will make it as a special one of these days but it will be limited. The flavor is FANTASTIC. Similar to the Balinese pork belly I make but slightly different.

How many of you lucky people got a crab in your #notpizza box? Kepiting Saos Padang is probably one of my fav seafood dishes. The sauce is a base of Sambal, tomatoes & a little bit of oyster sauce! Whenever we go to the wet market in Indonesia, crab or cockles are one of the main things we eat with this type of sauce. so good, we hope you enjoyed it!
