Public Service Announcement. We will be remaining open with our regular business hours (Mon-Fri 7:30-5). We have several new policies at Hess's Repair Inc and Hess Auto Care LLC.... 1.We will no longer be allowing waiting appointments. All cars must be dropped off in order to be worked on. We would prefer that cars be dropped off before or after hours, but we understand if that is not possible. We are trying to limit traffic in the office for your safety and ours. 2. When possible we can take credit card payments over the phone and leave the keys and receipts in the vehicles for you to pick up. 3. We will be using gloves and disinfectant when in customers vehicles and we have been continually disinfecting the office and equipment. 4. If it is needed we can pick up and drop off customers vehicles depending on the distance. We appreciate your continued support and business during this time of uncertainty.
