Just got an update from Diane page regarding Charlie. The PET scan last week showed the cancer was contained to the esophagus. Treatment started Monday April 12th and he is doing okay with it. They are (and so is HCC) trusting God to heal him. Please continue to pray for Charlie, Diane and the family.

The last Saturday of every month is set aside for work days at camp. The first one is Saturday, April 25. Please come out and lend a hand. If that day doesn't work for you, there is a list on the counter in the dining hall that you can work on any time you want. We start at 8am and work until whenever. Come out and help get our camp ready for the season!

We are having another call in camp meeting tonight at 6pm. The number to call is 515.603.4915...code 946013#. There will be some people who will be presenting some thoughts on how to successfully reopen camp this year.

Please continue to lift up Adam, Bridget and the all the kids in your prayers. Adam is able to walk short distances with a walker.,.. such an answer to prayer!

Prayers needed. Adam got moved to the extensive therapy unit and they couldn't find a pulse in his leg until they got to the femoral artery. Being transferred back to Hamot to see if there is a blood clot in the leg.

Update on Adam Page...this morning he was able to lift his left leg and arm about 2inches off the bed. He was able to squeeze a little bit with his left bit with his left hand. Please keep lifting him and his family up in your prayers. Good morning HCC family! I was just talking to Sue about Bridget and Adam. Bridget is staying in Erie until Adam is moved to the rehab place. Bridget is staying at the Fairfield Inn at Millcreek Mall. The Inn is letting her stay on a day to day basis because of not knowing when Adam will be moved. It costs with tax $89.49 a night. If you would like to pay for a night or two to help her costs there, you can call the hotel at 814.868.0985. She is paid until tomorrow night. This past Saturday morning, Adam Page had a stroke. He is in Hamot in Erie PA. The doctors have him on a heparin drip to try and dissolve a blood clot in his carotid artery. He has lost feeling in his left side. A few weeks before this, Adam lost his job when the trucking company he was working for, shut down. Please pray for him, Bridget and his kids.
