Postive feedback from one of our customers: This is an edited Comcast voice mail notification (via email). I edited it to polish the mistakes of Comcast's voice recognition system. "Hi, I just wanted to say thank you; my name is A___ B___ Vernon came out to service my GE refrigerator and he did such a good job. It was a few weeks ago and I got absolutely no problem. Everything that was going wrong before is going right now. I haven't had any temperature spikes. He r...eplaced the sensor in the freezer and the control board (I think) in the fresh food part. So, I really appreciate that and it was nice talking to him and I just wanted to give you guys some positive feedback. Again, my name is A___ . I just appreciate the good work that he did.
