The Operations Assistant also provides end-user support and testing for business system processes. In addition, the position supports Hoober’s ecommerce customer service b...y overseeing website order fulfillment and customer communication, identifying ways to improve the user experience, and assisting with content acquisition and site maintenance. Job Requirements: In order to be successful in this position, the candidate will need a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task. Strong knowledge of office computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new technology are essential. The Operations Assistant will exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, have logical problem-solving ability, and be self-motivated to follow through and complete projects in a timely manner. Education: College degree preferred. Familiarity with agriculture or dealership operations is helpful.
