Dreamy Antiques Headed to @raxxvintage this week

Seemed like a fitting time to share these antique postcards of Philadelphia. The last one is of the 37ft bronze William Penn statue by Alexander Milne Calder, before he was placed on top of city hall in 1894. Fun fact: Alexander Milne Calder is the grandfather of Alexander Sandy Calder who’s kinetic sculptures are well known and many can be found in our city.
