Being a perfectionist is usually rooted in fear. The fear of not being good enough. The fear of disappointing others. Or, the fear of failure. The truth is you are good enough. No one and nothing is perfect. So, rather than chasing some unattainable goal, try letting go of your need to do everything right. Instead, focus on doing the best you can and enjoy the moment.
