It sometimes is a curse that I've become so aware of all the things that could go wrong or cause a horse harm and something this simple is one of those things. ...By clipping your blankets the way on the right if you horse were to lean or scratch on something they could become attached to it leading to potential injury. I myself used to clip blankets this way because it just seemed easier for me, but since I have learned it could be dangerous I make a point to always fasten my blankets shown on the left. Dear HNS family, It is with great sadness that we reach out to you all and let you know that Midnight crossed over the rainbow bridge on July 1st. She has graced us all with her matriarch ways and her funny sense of humor for the past 4 years. She has a special place in many of our hearts. ... Over the last few months her health and age have caught up to her. It was time to let her finally rest, peacefully.
