Below is some great information for our community members! ArtsAltoona Offers Learning Pods to Working Parents Who - ArtsAltoona... What ArtsAltoona provides a Learning Pod program for students in grades 1-8 in Altoona, Hollidaysburg, and other local school districts in the hybrid virtual learning structure. Our program runs five days a week to accommodate different students’ schedules. We provide a safe, supervised learning environment with a room monitor and high-speed internet access. The room monitor will provide additional enrichment activities when needed. Students are socially distanced in individual pods to complete their virtual and distance learning classes and assignments. Why Working parents are in need of solutions for the latest COVID-19 pandemic hybrid learning school schedule and how they will manage their work schedule when their children are learning from home. ArtsAltoona has the space and the resources to help these families during this time of change and uncertainty. ArtsAltoona will implement proper measures that are follow CDC guidelines.
