A special "thank you" to Fishers Rental! The equipment rental company donated eight yards of black mulch to our dog park -- Humane Society of Berks County Danielle Ruiz-Murphy Center Dog Park. This is the second year that they have donated mulch to Humane Pennsylvania locations which help to spruce up our garden beds. Strasburg Bakery, Desserts by Vickiann has graciously partnered with #HumaneLeagueOfLancasterCounty, now until April 24th, in order to help support animals in need! Strasburg Bakery is accepting donations of small-sized bags of dry dog and cat food (any brands, 20 lbs. or less would be perfect) for Spike's Pet Pantry. They are also accepting canned wet pet food - specifically for the Humane League of Lancaster Co shelter animals. In addition to food donations, Strasburg Baker...y will donate 10% of all in-store purchases on Saturday, April 24th to The Humane League of Lancaster Co and will also be giving away a $30 gift card as part of a raffle drawing.
