Take a look at a client who just mentioned me in her blog (Q & A session). https://themotherchic.com//qa-with-larina-kase-interior-d/ TheMotherchic is a wonderful website & Lindsey knows so much about fashion. Although I am not in her client base (as she sells to women, mostly), I do appreciate her eye for style, class, and her wit & wisdom. Please check her site out - and buy something from her affiliates. Also, Larina Kase was the interior designer on this project, and the finishes & textures were amazing! What a fun project.

Wonderful beaded inset, off-white cabinetry in this fully-updated kitchen. Lots of fun accessories & appliances, too! I especially like the backsplash & island countertop we picked out.

Nearly finished kitchen (outlet covers needed, etc.) in Pottstown. Thanks to the client for taking this picture after the painting was done this weekend. Notice the wonderful wood floors and decorative wood hood. Grothouse wood top (on left of range). Tedd Wood custom cabinetry. LED lighting (recessed & under-cabinet). Peninsula table w/ matching turned posts.

Wonderful before/after of a Downingtown kitchen project! We did Grothouse wood tops on the island. RD Henry custom cabinetry in two finishes. Herringbone pattern on long, subway-style backsplash tile. Solid wood floors - finished on site - the best way! Thanks to the client who took these pictures. Thanks to Mustard Seed Construction for doing the install for HKB!

To my friends in the kitchen & bath industry, be careful about using Tropical Stone. They are extremely rude and will not back up their product if it is faulty/damaged.

This guy has it dead on. Another thing I would say is to make sure your counter-top fabricator is actually using the slab(s) you selected and put a deposit on. There are a few out there (I can't say the name, but let's just say it's got a "colonial" feel to it) that will regularly use what is left for your job. See me if you want to pick your exact stone - no extra charge!
