Instructor Spotlight Roxanne Foura ~ Teaches: Limitless Core About the best word to describe Rox is spirited! If you’ve ever taken Core with her, you know she is extremely knowledgeable and engaging! Outside of the studio, she is a licensed massage therapist with a private practice so she not only knows how to work your muscles, she also knows how to work them out. She is mama to two kiddos: a 13-year old son and a 10-year old daughter, who she is currently learning to ride dirt bikes with.
