We've got the recipe for beating a case of the Monday's and it starts with our special Fazzoletti Pasta with pork and eggplant ragout, summer savory and Parmesan.

We take summer seriously around here: Seared Foie Gras, grappa glazed peaches, fennel, and Fresno chile with grilled leeks, brioche and Saba

We love seasonal sweets: Fig and Amaretto Tart - Amaretto pastry cream, figs, molasses sucre, marinated pears and fig gelato.

This stunning weather calls for refreshing crudo and seasonal pasta. Chef whipped up a few satisfy the cravings: Spaghetti with pesto and summer beans and our crudo is Amberjack with compressed watermelon, fresno chili, pine nuts and lime.
