In this very hectic and stressful time of tax season Curran gave our staff a much needed respite in their day. It helps our staff to keep calm and relax so they can keep going through the long hours and days of this busy season. We make sure that we have her come to the office once a month. We are looking for a candidate like you for our Immediate job openings for a full-time front desk Receptionist position and a full-time Tax Document Assembler at Innovative Tax Solutions in Doylestown, PA. The positions run from now until April 18, 2016. Duties include answering and making phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients and procuring initial client paperwork while interacting directly with our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining the executiv...e's calendars and for maintaining work flow logs and organizing incoming documentation. Positions will also include putting tax documents in order and ready to be delivered to the client. The ideal candidate would be someone who has attention to detail with emphasis on quality and accuracy, is highly organized working with paperwork, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possesses proficient computer skills, working with Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. The ideal applicants will live within 20 minutes of Doylestown, PA and have their own transportation. The wage is negotiable, depending upon experience.
