Thank you everyone for being apart of IYL for it's history and through this past year! We will be making some transitions over the next month or two, so please watch for the updates! Our schedule has some changes this week - Tuesday 10 AM is Gentle + Yin with Deanne No in person classes for a couple of weeks as we adhere to updated suggestions. (sorry......I hope to bring these back soon)... Wednesday evening Hatha Hybrid is cancelled - just this week! No classes on Thursday - but we will send a class recording you can use when and if you want! Sunday 9AM - Vinyasa Flow with our newest instructor Kim Higgins! Yep, this is a trial run day and time to see how many of you make your way to the ZOOM app and your mat!! .

Many of you may have met Paul, as he was our B studio neighbor! He attended some health classes with us and was always a welcome smile at the building! He will be missed.
