#Repost @vurt.creative with @get_repost This upcoming Friday the 15th VURT (Visual Urban Renewal and Transformation) is hosting a fundraiser art show on the 2nd floor of 448 N 10th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Bat Rescue. With the sales proceeds from the show we hope to raise enough to fund a mural of a flying bat. If you have seen some of our other local critters then you may be aware of the positive attention they grab. We... hope to utilize that attention and redirect it to a good cause: raising awareness of the extremely sensitive and dangerous conditions our local bat population is currently in, and about organizations like the Pennsylvania Bat Rescue and what they are doing to help. Dusk Rituals is a group art shop featuring work from over 30 different artists from around the country focusing on bat related themes. It is a one night event with a reception from 6-10pm. We will have pins designed by @seaofdoom and limited edition laser cut bats donated by @innotech_laser for sale as well. Also, we will have free beer for 21+. @pabatrescue See more
