To celebrate #NationalNutritionMonth we are providing healthy snacks to our #TEAM each #Friday of the month and educating them on #healthysnacking! At i2M we want to encourage healthy nutritional choices for our team's physical and mental #wellbeing!

We're kicking off our #TeamSpotlight series with our Lab Technician Brendan Gerhart! Brendan has been a team member of #i2M for over 3 years and has experienced one of the many unique career paths we have to offer. How did he get here? In his words, "Hard work and communication has really led to new and better things here at i2M." Brendan joined our team as a Shipping Specialist. After expressing an interest in production, he moved to Banbury Technician in our polymer extr...usion department. He quickly excelled in this role, and following the installation of our automated mix system, seamlessly transitioned into the role of Technical Mix Specialist. Brendan quickly became an expert in his area and played a key role in troubleshooting and training new team members. From there, he was promoted again into his current role, training as a Lab Technician. His favorite thing about working here at i2M is that he has the ability to learn more about production and advance in the company as well as it being a very adaptable and agile environment. In his spare time Brendan loves spending time with his family as well as producing music. In his time before working at i2M he toured nationally for 5 years writing and performing music! He hopes that one day one of his songs will be purchased by a country artist. Last year one of his songs was featured in a movie and we couldn't be prouder to have him on our TEAM!
