InspiriTec honors those who have served in the military and we express our gratitude for their sacrifice in protecting our freedoms. As we give thanks to all Veterans, we are especially proud of the 163 Veterans employed by our IT Help Desk and Contact Center projects serving the U.S. Department of Defense, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. This Veterans Day we shine the spotlight on two very special colleagues from our Ft Knox team - Adam and AnnMarie... Whitford. The Veteran power couple joined us in 2015 (AnnMarie) and 2017 (Adam) and both have celebrated many successes in their professional careers. AnnMarie is an Iraq combat Veteran who began her journey with InspiriTec as a CSR providing beneficiary support for military service members/families, and was promoted to Quality Analyst 1 year later. Adam is retired with 20 years of service with 2 combat tours in Kuwait and 1 in Iraq. He started as a Tier1 Help Desk Analyst providing enterprise DoD worldwide user assistance on hardware, software, user account security. He was promoted to a Tier2 position after 6 months. Fast forward an additional 6 months and Adam was promoted to a Knowledge Base Writer. Both appreciate InspiriTec’s efforts to help transition from military to civilian life and enjoy applying their military knowledge in their current positions. A stable life with a flexible schedule that accommodates their needs, amazing trainers and a superb retirement plan are some additional perks that lead them choose InspiriTec (in AnnMarie’s case even over her interior design profession). The couple has two lovely children (Aaron age 9 and Addison age 3) and recently celebrated their 15 year wedding anniversary. See more

To close out Customer Service Week, we held a Red Carpet Awards ceremony to honor many of the wonderful people who make InspiriTec the best it can be! InpspiriTec’s very own Theresa Brandt has recently been recognized by UniqueSource Products & Services as the 2020 Achievement Award winner! Theresa started with InspiriTec as a Help Desk Agent in Philadelphia for the Affordable Care Act team. For the past 2 years, she has been known for her dedication as well as her great compassion for helping assist callers. Theresa has recently been promoted and will be assisting callers with the Medical Marijuana Help Desk. The Customer Service week festivities continue! On Wednesday 10/7, employees from all offices were invited to kick back and share some laughs with Comedy Warriors Healing Through Humor hosted by comedian Joe Kashnow! On Tuesday, team members from our Kentucky office kicked off customer service week with and Intro Class to Texas Holdem with Rodney Young, Louisville Poker Tour and Tournament as well as an Inspir-a-bake baking class where they made pumpkin spice cupcakes from scratch!! This evening employees look forward to participating in Healthy Nutrition Class for busy working adults and an R&B concert with Ashley Scott!

Jody will be offering up her painting expertise to our colleagues in Ft. Knox, KY tomorrow evening as well. Tonight, we will be hosting a virtual show with comedian Joe Kashnow for all of our offices!

New Project Alert! On June 29th, InspiriTec launched the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program (PUA) call center -- creating more job opportunities for professionals with disabilities. The project began with about 50 Work-from-Home Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and will be expanding this month to include over 150 CSRs. Our staff provides inbound call center services, email responses and identity verification services to Pennsylvanians seeking assistance with pandemic unemployment insurance claims. Every phase of this project has been implemented virtually -- from recruitment and training, to provision of technology, case management, and operations! Thanks to the efforts of our entire team and representatives from our customer, the PA Department of Labor and Industry.Pictured is PUA Process Analyst Letitia Schnitz.

Last week, we had the opportunity to showcase the artwork of the talented Linda Dennin of Studio Incamminati -- featuring 30 of our Philadelphia-based employees as her subjects! Via Google Meet, we were able to bring people together in a meaningful way allowing us to reconnect, share stories, and react to seeing Ms. Dennin’s beautiful portraits. Another great meeting with Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03). We briefed the Congressman on InspiriTec’s COVID-19 response a transition to telework that included 104 of his constituents! The congressman was impressed by their resiliency and dedication to providing our customers with essential, high-class customer service. As we all continue to adjust to working from home, we take joy in virtually connecting with our Congressman and so many others while maintaining safe social distance. Checking in on Robert Connelly from InspiriTec’s Philadelphia team. Robert recently received some great kudos from our partner/end-user: The caller had a large number of connectivity issues, which were all resolved by Robert. He correctly assessed the caller’s issue and was very patient in explaining the process. The caller appreciated how quickly Robert fixed the problem and his extra effort to familiarize her with Skype IT issues. Well done, Robert! Thank you for everything that you do!
