Congratulations to our Athlete of the Month, Olivia Kozak! Olivia is in 6th grade and plays soccer for Pittsburgh Football Club and BWSA. In her free time she enjoys mountain biking, reading, running 5k’s, & dancing! If she could pick one super power it would be super speed. During her time at Iron City, she has improved her push ups and enjoys doing speed drills!

Keep your expectations realisitc. Expect that you're not going to hit your goal overnight. ... 3. Keep it fun: workout with friends to hold yourself accountable and add in fun ways to get exercise ( mountain biking, hiking, skiing, walking the dog, etc).
