Other than these exceptions, you cannot sue your employer when you are injured on the job.

Did you know.....If you receive a citation for leaving the scene of an auto accident, as with a criminal charge you are presumed innocent of these charges. The commonwealth has the burden of proof. The factual scenerio of the crash will make a difference in the rating of offense of leaving the scene and could decide whether you are entitled to a public defender. Contact an attorney today. Do not attempt to plead your case to the arresting officer. Often the truth is not the best policy. Silence is.

Did you know.....If you are on probation and recently arrested for i.e. public intoxication you should review the rules and regulations you signed when you were placed on probation. There is often a specific time limit for reporting a new arrest and you can make matters worse if you do not comply with the reporting mandate. Talk to a local lawyer as soon as possible.
Did you know.....If you are charged with retail theft, you should hire an experienced local lawyer who is knowledgeable about any diversionary programs which may allow you to "earn" a clean record. While your fingerprint records will remain in the system to increase punishment for any future retail theft conviction, it may be possible to shield you from the very negative impact a retail theft conviction has on future employment prospects.
Congratulations Attorney Leo P. Jackson who is now acknowledged as a Workers' Compensation Law Specialist by the Supreme Court of PA
