Tuna Tartare, Hanger Steak with a tomato mozzarella salad and chimmichuri, Crab and Tomato Stack with meyer lemon vinaigrette, Rigatoni with shrimp, feta, basil and cherry tomato sauce and a Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with a basil cream.
