What a year. Lots of struggles for all of us! Todays rant: Why do the same listings come up EVERYDAY as reduced when agent is reducing by $1.00 everyday! Are there not rules about not doing that If not...
I see a lot of agents complaining about agents not answering phones, I get it-many times they will not answer phone BUT--sometimes--MANY times the answers to many questions are in the agents remarks, or the showingtime remarks BUT MANY agents do not read! there are soooo many great agents, but when i get 20 requests to show one of my listings that clearly says 48 hours notice and they request for 4 hours--I do get frustrated-- I will respond--because if I dont they will call ...and say please, we are in area etc,, Tenants need notice--please read the listing instructions I know that sometime I don't read fully and feel foolish when I call the listing agent..I get it we are all busy See more
