Going into the New Year we want to remind our clients of a few important things to keep our salon running safely & smoothly: We are open Monday-Saturday by appointment only. All major Credit/Debit cards, cash accepted. NO checks. We are always accepting new clients!... We accept all breeds dogs/cats (Non Aggressive) and recommend puppies/kittens begin their introduction to grooming at 12 weeks (once they receive all of their vaccines) We require proof of your dogs rabies paperwork before their first visit (we can not accept tags) We ask that you please wait at least 48 hours between any vaccines/blood work & your dogs grooming appointment Please allow your dog time before their appointment to go potty (we have an area in the front of the salon for your convenience) Please keep your dog on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of your dog & others during check in/check out To reduce stress, we ask all dogs are dropped off no more than 10 mins before their scheduled appointment time and picked up within 30 mins of designated pick up time We require at least 24 hours in advanced for any cancellations/reschedules. Any appointments canceled before that time frame will result in a $25 fee. An appointment that is a no call/no show will also result in a $25 fee. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.
