A letter to our customers As life goes some things have to come to an end and have to change. Back in June the tough decision was made to sell our business. I have decided that it was time after 22 successful years to turn the reins of the business over to someone else. I want to thank all of our customers for making John’s 625 Automotive the automotive repair shop that it is today. Without any of you, we would have never survived and prosper. Our new owner, as I know some o...f you have met, is Anthony Laurito. He comes with the same values that I had and I am sure you will not see anything change with our service. Ross is still going to be there to greet you and handle all your questions and concerns. Our technicians are still going to be there to provide the satisfaction repairs that you have come to expect. And the detail shop is still open for service. In closing, I want to thank you again for all your years of service and while everyone was a customer I want you to know that you were also a friend. A letter to our customers: Beginning on Sunday, April 19, at 8 p.m., all customers will be required to wear a face covering in our Pennsylvania stores. This is done in accordance with the order issued by PA Governor Tom Wolf. Our employees will also be required to wear masks. We are still sanitizing the office 4 times a day and our technicians are still required to sanitize the outside and inside driver side door handles and steering wheel prior to and after every service.... Additionally, in an effort to help protect higher-risk members within our communities, we have a courtesy drop off and pick up service for customers within 10 -15 minutes of our facility. This is a reason why we recommend cabin air filters. This is the kind of debris you are breathing in with a dirty cabin air filter. Also when we replace the filter we will spray a disinfectant spray into the air box to kill any bacteria that may be present in your air box. Just give us a call and we will make it work for your schedule. ...We have just received new inspection stickers from Penn-Dot so we are available to perform your state inspection and emissions test at this time. While some of our parts suppliers are currently closed, we are making every accommodation available to get the parts your vehicle needs to keep you and your vehicle safe and reliable. Please be patient as we work through the struggles of availability of parts. Finally, please be safe and take every precaution possible to allow us to beat this virus as quickly as we can. To all our loyal customers and friends: During this COVID-19 pandemic we are open for business. We are wiping the office down 4 times a day. All of our technicians wipe the steering wheel, outside and inside door handles prior to and after service. We are taking as many precautions as we possibly can to ensure everyone remains healthy. With that being said, if you do feel ill we urge you to postpone your appointment. Also if you are worried about leaving your house, let us kn...ow and I will use a loaner car to pick up your vehicle and deliver the vehicle back to your house at no additional charge. Our detail service also remains open as well. With every detail we perform a thorough cleaning of the interior with a sanitizer spray at no charge. We are also offering a $10 off coupon for a cabin air filter replacement. The filter is usually located inside your vehicle and filters out the air for your heater and a/c. We do spray a neutralizer on the filter to kill any bacteria that may be in the air box. Definitely a good idea in this time and like I said we will perform that and give you $10 off. Also I wanted to send everyone a reminder that all those maintenance items that seem to always get passed over because time is of the essence can now be done while you work from home. We would much rather perform that maintenance service now and prevent that higher repair bill in the near future. I urge everyone to please keep up on all your maintenance items and to keep your vehicle running for years to come. Finally, the automotive industry is considered an essential business and will remain open during these trying times. Again please if you do not want to leave your house contact us at the shop and we will bring over a loaner car, drop it off and pick up your vehicle.
