Liberation in Limitations Is it okay to say I can't or even I don't want to? At this time of year when there is a renewed focus on doing something to become happier, thinner, more satisfied. I say DO LESS! DO LESS of what gives you no satisfaction, DO LESS of trying to prove your worth, value, to the world. Prioritize those things that you value most. Make sure that where you spend your thought capital, time, and energy lines up with what you believe to be most important. To other obligations say maybe next time, or I am too busy right now. In a world that is always sending us messages that we need more, liberate yourself this year and say I need LESS!
