Position Summary The primary responsibilities of the Cashier position are to maintain helpful customer service, process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently, and cash register operations. Major Responsibilities The major responsibilities for this position include: o Ensure each customer receives outstanding service... o Greet customers as they enter the store o Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers o Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements o Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions o Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers o Maintain orderly appearance of register area o Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by manager Minimum Requirements The minimum requirements for this position include the following: Experience in a retail environment as cashier preferred.
