It’s with a heavy heart that we share with you that Jerry Cozewith passed away this past weekend. As many of you may remember we hosted a fundraiser for him after he was diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. He truly could light up a room with his humor and bubbly personality.. If you were blessed to know him you were so lucky; our thoughts, prayers, and sympathy goes out to Jerry’s family and friends. We lost a true inspiration to mankind. I thank you Kaffeehaus Community for everything you did to help us raise money for him it truly means the world to us! Rest In Peace to one of the best men you could ever get to know....

How awesome; I’m proud to call this lady a friend! Melinda Sue Citero-Bondarenka thank you for all you do everyday and for our Northside community!!! Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there, today we celebrate you!!

Today would have been our three year anniversary, but it is with a sadden heart that Kaffeehaus will be closing its doors permanently. We don’t feel it’s feasible to re-open in these uncertain times with the limited capacity as we already are pretty limited with our small shop. We tossed around just doing take out; but that truly is not what Kaffeehaus is all about. We strived for the community interaction and a place where everyone feels welcome and treated with respect a...s if it was their own home. We know many of you will miss this; as we will also. Thank you for three successful years and all the support you all have shown. What we built in a small little coffeeshop was much bigger than anything we could have ever imagined. Next month both the building and business will be put on the market. Once again thank you for your support and all the memories and accomplishments we made along the way!

Thank you everyone for all the phone calls and messages about the car that wrecked into Kaffeehaus today. The driver of the car was taken by ambulance but we were told she is alright. The important thing is that no one was seriously hurt and everything else is just material that can be replaced! Thanks again!
