Today's holiday recovery tip comes from our Accounting team! They remind you to stay away from risky places where your recovery may be compromised. There is no reason to ever check out your former favorite establishment this holiday season. Look for other ways to celebrate or connect with others, following CDC guidelines in light of the COVID-19 pandemic: https://bit.ly/HolidaySafetyCDC.

Washing your hands is always important, but this #HandwashingAwarenessWeek it's made all the moreso by being an effective way to reduce transmission of COVID-19. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Today's holiday recovery tip is to practice gratitude! Writing out a gratitude list each morning can help you reflect on all the good in your life so that it's top of mind as you go about your day. What's one thing you're grateful for today?
