KeyStone Center 03.01.2021

As we close out the year, we offer one more holiday recovery tip: Stay in the moment and live one day at a time. Never mind about what happened or what could happen. Enjoy today. Live today. Celebrate your sobriety!

Today's holiday recovery tip comes from our Accounting team! They remind you to stay away from risky places where your recovery may be compromised. There is no reason to ever check out your former favorite establishment this holiday season. Look for other ways to celebrate or connect with others, following CDC guidelines in light of the COVID-19 pandemic: https://bit.ly/HolidaySafetyCDC.

Washing your hands is always important, but this #HandwashingAwarenessWeek it's made all the moreso by being an effective way to reduce transmission of COVID-19. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Learn more at bit.ly/CDCWashYourHands.
