Recently, Don's Appliances selected one of my kitchen’s to highlight in Pittsburgh’s Finest Kitchens. I was extremely nervous to be on camera, but the production crew at Don's Appliances encouraged and guided me throughout the process. I am thankful for their support of my work. Looking forward to raising the bar in 2021!

A few months ago, we revealed a beautiful Mt. Lebanon kitchen selected to be included in Pittsburgh's Finest Kitchen's Magazine. THIS is the new adjoining laundry room! We used the deep charcoal color in the island to marry the spaces, improved function with custom cubbies, installed contemporary sliding doors for privacy, and added charm with new molding and closet doors. Happy Monday! Most of us are still struggling to adjust to the time change. It seemed like good timing to post this master bedroom refresh. Can you see yourself in this cozy space?! The homeowners wanted to keep the leather chair and ottoman (his grandfather's,) and the upholstered bench at the end of the bed (her grandmother's.) They were worried that they may not fit in the new space, but I think they are just perfect! Notice how one little accessory on the nightstand... ties the bench in to the design. My heart is full knowing how much this family loves their new space! We spent almost an entire year planning and executing this design. The custom beams, pantry doors, cast stone hood and fireplace, solid stone backsplash, and appliances take it to the next level! One of the things I love most about my job is collaborating with others. The talent that went in to bringing this space to fruition is beyond impressive! We finished this gorgeous dining space just in time for the holidays! Everything from the refinished furniture to the built-in china cabinet, coffered ceiling, black moldings, and drapery were completely customized for the client. I hope they enjoy their first Thanksgiving in their new space.

I have been so busy that I fell off the social media train once again. I know you all like to see what we are up to, and I love that you stay in touch with us here at KPDC! Hello All! I hope this message finds you well. You may remember my January resolution to work harder to photograph and share, but a very busy schedule got in the way once again! We keep moving from one project to the next without time to really reflect on the transformations. This is something that I hope will improve as we continue to grow the company! In the mean time, I know you all love a good kitchen renovation! This project is still under construction; however, I had ...to share a sneak peek! These oversized metal glasses are one of my FAVORITE accessories to date! They found their forever home in a modern foyer we are working on! It is challenging to find unique pieces to display in each home. I struggle with wanting all of my homeowners to feel like their space is special to them.
