My client is serious and motivated. We saw 14 houses today (11 were scheduled showings, the others were just impromptu drive by’s that we were lucky enough to get into.) It was a busy day but we saw some amazing places and he’s extremely happy! Now comes the hard part - narrowing it down to which one he wants!
