In honor of the Black lives lost and those protesting, we as a chapter would like to raise up Black musicians, and so, in this coming week, we will be sharing a number of Black musicians and their works, starting with this compilation of Black artists put together by Zoe Amira. All of the ad revenue from this video will go towards a number of bail funds and other charities relevant to this week’s protests. When you watch this video, please ensure that any ad-blockers are turned off. If you choose to watch this video again, please ensure that you watch 2-3 videos in between, and do not find it through your watch history. https://youtu.be/bCgLa25fDHM

Maddie Hoffman, a current high school senior at Pennridge High School, suffered Sudden Cardiac Arrest on September 14, 2020. She went to high school with one of our current brothers, as well as other members and alumni of the Lehigh Marching 97. However, thanks to the knowledge of the present staff and the presence of an AED on the field, Maddie's life was saved. Maddie's story reminds us all how important this knowledge is and how important the presence of AEDs are on footba...ll fields and at marching band practices, even for our college bands. This fundraiser was started by Maddie in order to give back to the cardiac doctors and nurses at CHOP who took care of her. All money will go to the cardiac unit, including causes like the Youth Heart Watch, which helps purchase AEDs for schools in PA, Cardiac Patient Care, and Cardiac Child Life, which provides activities and support for children in the hospital. Thank you for your support! See more

As an organization, KKPsi is committed to promoting excellence in college band programs. We support community activities such as assisting local educational programs, performing free concerts in the community, and promoting awareness of musical endeavors on campus. We understand that the cost of lessons can be prohibitive for some students, especially those underrepresented in our community. We will use these funds to help offset the cost of lessons for a year for one student. Thank you for supporting the continued success of young musicians.
