| DAY 35 OF QUARANTINE |

| DAY 35 OF QUARANTINE | I think we can all agree that this fucking blows. To be honest I didn’t start hitting a positive stride until about a week ago. I’ve gone through so many phases of negative emotions and woe is me moments. Then I woke up, I decided to look at this for what it really is, and it has certainly woken me up to the positives. Like this moment right here with my husband and our boys. This is a moment that for us is normally rare. For the last 7ish years of ou...r life my husband and I have functioned on seeing each other only 1 day a week. With him working nights and me working days the most we usually see each other is when he comes home at night and sees me sleeping and when I wake up in the morning for work to see him sleeping. We don’t typically see each other until Saturday night or Sunday morning. It’s a life that we’ve become so accustomed to and honestly we make due with the time we have. This moment makes me grateful, having two back to back days of family time and to reconnect, being able to wake up together every morning and sit down and eat breakfast and lunch before he has to go in to work, I didn’t realize how special such small moments are. It honestly makes me a little sad that this will come to an end eventually. So for now I’m going to continue to see the positive side of things because these small moments are the moments we take for granted. See more
