Pulling a well pump the easy way

Low PH(acid) water is a problem with some well . Low ph can create holes in copper tubing, fixtures and water heaters. It’s best to install an acid neutralizer and use all Plastic pipe from well tank to neutralizer. After the neutralizer it’s ok to have copper tubing. The pictures are from this morning on a job in Nazareth.

Do you get pin holes in your plumbing??? If you have green and white build up on piping or fixtures you may want to have your water tested. These pictures show the effects of low PH in water. This customer also has hard water but the low Ph is what causes pin holes in piping, shorter life of fixtures and hot water heaters. It’s very important to have proper filtration before an UV LIGHT. Without proper filtration the quartz sleeve gets coated with iron or manganese in our area and the UV LIGHT will not be able to do it’s job. We offer water testing and free estimates for water treatment.
