Mike Sobczak, professional trainer and local Knight, will lead a fun and motivating fitness session for all levels of ability (ages 10 and up). Meet Mike at the parking lot outside of the OLG PLC at 9AM on Saturday October 10th. A $10 minimum donation is required to participate on the day of the even...t.
