I have some exciting news! Coming this year: Floor Ashiatsu! Ashiatsu means foot pressure, as opposed to shiatsu (meaning finger pressure).... Typically it's done on a massage table with bars in the ceiling . . . Floor Ashiatsu is the same concept. . . except done on the floor to make it more portable! This modality can either be super light-pressure and relaxing. . . OR it can be a great deep-tissue experience!
