2010 Civic towed in won’t start after engine overheated due to a bad radiator, a cylinder leak down test confirmed a head gasket failure. New top end gasket, resurface cylinder head, and a new radiator got it back up running.

2011 Honda Pilot customer complaint a knocking noise heard on cold start goes away after engine warms up, was told it needs a valve lash adjustment. Upon inspection we confirmed noise coming from timing belt area, remove timing cover found a worn timing belt hydraulic tensioner. Caught the problem right on time before the engine jumps timing, a full timing belt service with new water pump and tensioner took care the issue.

We been busy past weeks, just got a set of tire and engine mount done on a widebody s2k. Also AC compressor on a Honda Fit and a Honda Civic.

Work truck service

Honda Ridgeline engine randomly misfire due to valve clearance out of adjustment which causing the valves not to seat properly. Performed valve adjustment on all cylinder and confirmed issue fix.

Back at it again with the race car stuff upgrade fuel pump, injectors, and recaro seats.

Customer states engine power reduced and service traction control warning message on when goes over bump. Scan DTC and found 5v reference circuit 1 and few module communication error codes stored. Upon visual inspection and wiggle test of engine harness found camshaft sensor wiring has a short to ground.

Customer states power window don't work, found door harness damaged.
