She is a community advocate, women’s empowerment specialist, designer of wellness programs for women, emotional fitness trainer, member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) and the National Association For the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), a mentor to women of all ages around the country and role model to many. Most recently she created EMBRACE THE VOW, a life-skills and enhancement program designed to inspire and encourage women to gain control of their emotions so they are able to live happy and fulfilled lives. Prior to relocating to East Stroudsburg, PA in 2006, she was Director of the Women’s Health Education and Resource Network at North General Hospital in New York City, a program she designed, developed and delivered to the Harlem community, where she received numerous awards and recognition for her work, including the Susan B. Anthony Award from City Hall. She has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines. Most recently she has been the recipient of the Pocono Film Festival’s Advocate For a Better America Award, the Monroe County Image Award’s Community Advocacy Award, The African-American Network’s Woman of Distinction Award for Sistah Chat and the Monroe County Image Award’s Media Excellence Award for Sistah Chat. Square's Cash App said on Wednesday its users can now send and receive Bitcoin with no fees on transactions. The payment company's move potentially points to a rise in the use and adoption of Bitcoin. After reports surfaced earlier about Morgan Stanley’s intention to reportedly provide its clients access to funds that will allow Bitcoin ownership, the investment banking firm has now decided to enable Bitcoin exposure in several institutional funds. The multinational company today declared in a filing with US Securities and Exchange Commission that it will offer exposure to the flagship cryptocurrency as an investment option through the shares of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GB...TC) or cash-settled futures.
