With our outdoor deck and live music on Friday nights are sure to have our grille rocking! Bar Responsibilities Day and Night Availability, Weekdays and Weekends Experience Required for Bartenders, Experience for servers is a plus. Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion... Memorize drink and dessert menu for on-demand recitation Up-sell all menu items as appropriate for individual guests and parties Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and send all guest complaints/requests to FOH manager Excellent customer service and hospitality skill Neat, well-groomed appearance Ability to work well under intense time pressure Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate

Bella Vista Golf Course is seeking hard working and dedicated line cooks and dishwashers to help complete the Culinary Team.
