Our firm has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, including having clients who appreciate the time, effort and personal attention we give to their claims. Recently, one of our former clients posted this review on Avvo and on our Facebook page. Dale Larrimore is an exceptional, brilliant attorney, with impeccable professionalism and profound knowledge of his field of practice who is one hundred percent dedicated to his client's best interests throughout the entire case.... I reached out to Dale in January of 2017, after an injury in December of 2016. My situation was very unconventional. When I told Dale the story of my injury, he said that he never heard of anything like this, it was that unusual. Not every attorney would take on such an uncommon case where it is impossible to project the outcome, yet Dale did and...he WON. In the winter of 2019, we received the TOTAL REWARD AMOUNT, the highest possible reward available for my case. I was struck and am still in awe. I believe that only Dale Larrimore could accomplish something like that. Especially, provided how unique my case was. There are no words to describe my gratitude. I would highly recommend Dale as a personal injury attorney. I could end my review here but I want to add a few more words. Besides being an extraordinary attorney, Dale turned out to be an exceptional human being, not only highly intelligent but also compassionate, patient, understanding. I could call him at any time of the day or night, over the weekends or holidays. I could ask him any questions, express any concerns - he was always available to listen, answer, explain, support. If he was busy, he would return my call as soon as he became available, or text/email about the time in the evening to speak. He also answered in detail all my questions that I asked by email. We even Skyped one time. Needless to say, over two years that Dale worked on my case, I grew an immense respect for him. He is such an incredible person, besides being a brilliant attorney. Without any doubt, I would always, always recommend him to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. See more

Great cartoon by Steve Sack in the Minneapolis Star Tribune. It is my sincere wish that I never again have to represent someone who is seriously injured because another driver was texting while driving.

Halloween is upon us and crowds of trick-or-treaters will soon congregate in neighborhoods across the Delaware Valley. While this holiday brings much joy to children, there are potential hazards if you fail to implement safety first into your Halloween routine. Halloween Safety Tips Walk Safely 1. Cross the street at corners, using traffic signals and crosswalks. Look left, right and left again when crossing and keep looking as you cross. 2. Put electronic devices down, sta...y alert and keep heads up and walk, don’t run, across the street. 3. Teach children to make eye contact with drivers before crossing in front of them. 4. Always walk on sidewalks or paths. If there are no sidewalks, walk facing traffic as far to the left as possible. Children should walk on direct routes with the fewest street crossings. 5. Watch for cars that are turning or backing up. Teach children to never dart out into the street or cross between parked cars. Trick or Treat With an Adult 1. Children under the age of 12 should not be alone at night without adult supervision. If kids are mature enough to be out without supervision, they should stick to familiar areas that are well lit and trick-or-treat in groups. Keep Costumes Both Creative and Safe 1. Decorate costumes and bags with reflective tape or stickers and, if possible, choose light colors. 2. Choose face paint and makeup whenever possible instead of masks that can obstruct a child’s vision. 3. Have kids carry glow sticks or flashlights to help them see and be seen by drivers. 4. When selecting a costume, make sure it is the right size to prevent trips and falls. Drive Extra Safely on Halloween 1. Slow down and be especially alert in residential neighborhoods. Children are excited on Halloween and may move in unpredictable ways. 2. Take extra time to look for kids at intersections, on medians and on curbs. 3. Enter and exit driveways and alleys slowly and carefully. 4. Eliminate any distractions inside your car so you can concentrate on the road and your surroundings. Distracted driving is always dangerous, but for this one evening please do not use a cell phone for anything. Help to preserve the lives of our children. 5. Drive slowly, anticipate heavy pedestrian traffic and turn your headlights on earlier in the day to spot children from greater distances.

Attorneys with clients injured by actions of a corporation have to decide where to file suit. The US Supreme Court recently held that the paradigm forum is where the company would be "essentially at home." But under Pennsylvania law the concept of consent jurisdiction allows suits to be filed here, even where the injury occurs out of state. This article explains why

". . .if we measure greatness by the impact that a person has had and the number of people influenced by those efforts, then Thurgood Marshall should be recognized as the greatest lawyer in American history."
