Another 6 Week Challenge complete! There is so much more to the challenge than just looking better...you feel better, you sleep better, your mood improves, etc. Not only did Paige notice all of these things, but she looks AMAZING too! Paige is down 9 lbs and 8 inches.

Another 6 Week Challenge complete! Derek Pehlman lost 8 lbs and 8 inches but also gained a couple of inches in his legs and arms. What a transformation!

Another 6 Week Challenge complete! Unfortunately for personal reasons I have to use the emoji on her face and not share her name, but many of you have been following her fitness journey, and I knew you would love to see her progress. We started our very first Challenge in June of last year and since then, she is down just over 70 lbs and 30 inches. This past challenge she lost another 15.2 lbs!!! Way to go...so proud of you!
Another 6 Week Challenge complete! Kathy Zwick Blyler started her fitness journey with me roughly a year ago when she did her first 6 Week Challenge; she had amazing results! She has been keeping up with personal training, swimming, my virtual workouts and my small group classes for the past several months, but she decided it was time to get refocused, and she did another challenge. Kathy lost another 7.5 lbs and 7.75 inches, but since our journey together started, she is down 34 lbs and 32 inches!!! Way to go, Kathy!!!
This wasn’t my typical 4-week challenge. Rebecca has a very busy and unpredictable work schedule, so instead of doing the 2 personal training sessions that are typically required for a challenge, I wrote 6 days of workouts for Rebecca to do on her own in the gym for the past 4 weeks, in addition to reviewing her nutrition daily. She looked amazing before, and she looks even more toned now...more importantly, she feels stronger and better about her body. Way to go, Rebecca Ardekani.

Per your requests, I have launched a Virtual Kids Classes group tonight. The format will be similar to the group I currently run for all of you - I will add various types of workouts that will be saved in a library you can access 24/7. The workouts will range from 15-30 minutes. As the membership grows, we will add Zoom workouts included with the membership, hopefully by next week. The membership is $20/month ($15 if you are a member of my virtual classes group for adults). The first two videos I uploaded tonight are a HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training) and Yoga. March's Challenge is complete....how did you do? Did you do your 100 Wide-Legged Bridges with a loop every day? If not, it's ok...today is the start of a new month and with that brings a new challenge. What's in store for April? So far this year we have targeted our upper body, our core, and our lower body so April is about working your full body while increasing your heart rate. Your April Challenge if you choose to join me is to complete 50 Burpees per day.... Start in a squat position with your knees bent, back straight, and your feet about shoulder-width apart. Lower your hands to the floor in front of you so they’re just inside your feet. With your weight on your hands, kick your feet back so you’re on your hands and toes, and in a pushup position. Jump your feet back to their starting position (if possible, you lower your body all the way to the floor and push yourself up on each repetition). Stand and reach your arms over your head with a vertical jump. As soon as you land with knees bent, get into a squat position and do another repetition. Who’s in??
