Looking for the text of the recent CDC's eviction moratorium order? It is here and should be posted in the Federal Register on 9/4. How this will affect evictions in Pennsylvania remains to be seen. The CDC order is for payment and Covid related reasons only. https://s3.amazonaws.com/public-inspection.f/2020-19654.pdf

In order to keep our patrons and staff safe, many changes will be made to the way the Law Library operates. Please read the new Protocol below. The main law library phone number is not working correctly. We have been working with IT on it. If you want to contact us, email circdesk_ws @ lehighcounty.org. No spaces of course. We are still providing services remotely, but someone is in the Law Library during normal courthouse hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
The Law Library will remain closed to the general public through June, while still offering most services remotely. Please read the entire statement in the photos for more information.
