#CelebratetheSeason. LeMont Executive Chef Roley Johnson wishes everyone a Merry Christmas! He has two favorite LeMont Christmas traditions: a gift exchange between everyone who works in the kitchen and a traditional Christmas Eve meal of stuffed Cornish Hens for the staff before LeMont opens for guests. Snickerdoodles are his favorite Christmas cookie. Also, you may see Roley riding his bike around the city - he rides 5,000 miles a year.

#CelebratetheSeason. Happy Holidays from Manager Tony Frantangelo who has worked 38 Christmas Eves and New Years Eves at LeMont, along with numerous holiday parties. He loves the festive atmosphere of the restaurant and the view of the city lights. Tony’s best Christmas gift ever was the birth of his son on December 22nd. His favorite song is Father Christmas by The Kinks and he enjoys watching Charlie Brown’s Christmas. What Tony cherishes the most is when his family can just be together and share a Christmas meal with their traditional lasagna and tiramisu.
