Spring is coming! Hoping to add more classes as it gets warmer out. Limited classes in March. This week Thursday night 6:30pm and Saturday 9am. All other times will be scheduled upon request.

Starting out the day with the quieting of the mind , helps set the tone for the day. Practice deep breathing and centering. Tune out the noise and set an intention to connect with the power within. Feel The vibrancy of the energy that animates the cells of the body. Enjoy.
